All you need for summers to cool down is ice cream. But wait a minute, what's new for you? Well, here are a variety of fruity and exotic flavors in the old range of ice creams, which promises to take you on a Candyland ride.

1.Chunky mango ice cream:

ingredients:

  • Condensed milk: 1 can
  • Whipping cream: (chilled) 2 cups
  • Mangoes: 4 
  • Yellow food color: optional


Cut three mangoes into cubes and puree. Beat the chilled whipping cream with an electric beater in a separate bowl until soft peaks form. Add the mango puree and condense milk in the whipping cream and fold the mixture with a spatula. Cut the remaining mango into cubes. Add the cubes to the ice cream mixture and fold roughly. Freeze for 6-8 hours with a plastic wrap on. This heavenly mango ice cream is sure to take you out on a tropical trip!

2.Superb strawberry ice cream:



ingredients:

  • Condensed milk: 1 can 
  • Whipping cream: (chilled) 2 cups
  • Strawberries: 3 cups
  • Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon

Puree the strawberries. Beat the whipping cream. Combine condensed milk and strawberry puree with the whipping cream. Thoroughly mix the ice cream and let it thicken in the freezer overnight or at least 6 hours with a plastic wrap on. Superb strawberry ice cream's ready!


3.Banana ice cream:



ingredients:

  • Bananas: 3
  • Whipping cream: 2 cups (chilled)
  • Condensed milk: 1 can
  • Green food coloring: 2-3 drops (optional)

Not a heavy lifting at all. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend well. Pour out the mixture in molds or any vessel and freeze for 6-8 hours with a plastic wrap on. Here's your banana ice cream's done!


4.Coconut ice cream:



ingredients:

  • Coconut flesh: 1 cup
  • coconut water: 1/2 cup
  • condensed milk: 1/2 cup
  • whipping cream: 1 cup (chilled)

Grind the coconut flesh with coconut water till smooth and then set aside. With an electric beater, beat the chilled whipping cream for around 2-3 mins. Add condensed milk to the cream and whip again. Finally, pour in the coconut puree and beat all the ingredients well till well-combined. Put in the ice cream mixture in a mold and then in the freezer overnight or at least 6 hours (plastic wrap on).

The ice cream flavors upcoming require an ice cream base which is only two -ingredient and then we can push it into any flavor of our choice!


The ice cream base:

Whip two cups chilled whipping cream (with an electric beater). Add one can of condensed milk to it and whip again. Enough! your ice cream base is ready. Now, it's time to make it exotic!


1.Nutella ice cream:



Add two tablespoons of Nutella to a 1 cup ice cream base. Mix well and put it in the refrigerator for overnight or 6 hours. Nutella ice cream is ready!


Note: If you wish, you can make the whole ice cream base a Nutella flavored one or make a one-cup exotic flavored ice cream range, just like the above recipe. Make sure to put on a plastic wrap while  before freezing while making each.


2.Pistachio ice cream:



Add crushed pistachios to your ice cream base. Mix well, put in the refrigerator. Perfect pistachio ice cream the easy way!


3.Chocolate chip ice cream:



Simply add chocolate chips to your ice cream base or you can add it to Nutella base too if you wish. Mix, refrigerate. It's ready!


4.Caramel swirl ice cream:



Put your ice cream base in any mold. Add caramel on the top and swirl it with a toothpick or the back of a spoon. Ready to refrigerate!


5.Vanilla ice cream:



Add 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to one cup ice cream base. Mix well. Refrigerate. No heavy lifting, easy vanilla ice cream is ready. 


6.Chocolate peanut butter swirl ice cream:




Add 4 tablespoons of melted chocolate to one cup ice cream base and mix well. Pour the mixture into a mold, top with some peanut butter, and swirl it with a toothpick. Refrigerate. Boom! it's ready.
