"Ready to beat the heat?"  Let's have some popsicles

1.Strawberry and mango popsicle:


           All you need is mangoes and strawberries.


Steps to follow:


  • Peel and cut the mangoes just enough to be ground smoothly in a blender. Put the pieces in a blender and puree the mangoes.

  • Similarly, wash and cut the strawberries. Add them to a blender to blend it into a fine, silky, and smooth puree. 

  • In the popsicle tray or an ice cube tray, pour the mango puree and then the strawberry one. Repeat as many times as you want the layers to appear until the mold is filled. 

  • You can make as many popsicles as you want so, no fixed ratio of fruits is there. Puree as much you want!

  • Finally, drop in the popsicle sticks and place them in the refrigerator till completely frost or overnight.

  • Yummy and all-natural fruity treats are ready to go! These are both visually stunning and tastes great too. 

2.Banana -pineapple smoothie popsicle:




What do you need?

  •  Bananas
  • Pineapple (frozen or fresh)
  • Orange juice

Steps to follow:

  • In a blender, add bananas, pineapple cubes, and a little bit of orange juice and blend well into a smooth consistency.

  •  Fill the mixture in the popsicle molds and freeze.
  • Enjoy!

3.Peach n cream popsicle:




What do you need?

  • peaches
  • cream
  • yogurt
  • sugar
  • vanilla extract
Steps to follow:

  • Puree the peaches and set the puree aside.
  • In a bowl, add yogurt, cream, sugar, vanilla extract and whisk well to combine into a smooth creamy consistency.

  • In the popsicle tray first, pour the peach puree halfway then the cream mixture, and again the peach puree.

  • Freeze the popsicles and enjoy the heavenly flavors coming together!

4.Watermelon popsicle:




What do you need?

A watermelon.
Steps to follow:

  • Cut the watermelon into cubes and blend well in a fine puree.

  • Add the puree in popsicle molds.

  • Freeze overnight or for at least 4-5 hours and enjoy. It is a super easy popsicle but the most refreshing one, I bet!

5.Pina colada popsicle:




What do you need?

-Pineapples (frozen or fresh)

- Coconut milk

-Honey

Steps to follow:


  • In the coconut milk, add a teaspoon or more of honey depends on your taste. Mix it well and set it aside.

  • Now, in the blender, add the defrosted or freshly cut pineapple cubes and puree them nice and smooth. 

  • In the popsicle tray, first, pour a bit of pineapple puree and let it sit in the freezer for 10 minutes at least. Once it's firm, pour the coconut milk on it and put it in the freezer again for 10-25 minutes until it holds its shape.

  • Repeat the layers until the mold is filled and put in the refrigerator for 5 hours or overnight.

  • Enjoy the refreshing beachy vibes in a popsicle!
